that allows work to be completed quickly through organizational collaboration.
With this in mind, we have abandoned the traditional seniority ranking system.
We reject a hierarchical organization where employees automatically get promoted based on length of service and unconditionally following those of higher rank.
We also refuse using only English name without a rank or position.
A company is not a place where performance is achieved by a single person. It is necessary to achieve maximum efficiency while sharing roles as an organization.
Therefore, we have designed a unique ranking system for GGUMBI to clarify authority and responsibility.
Ranking shows respect for leaders with capabilities appropriate for their rank.
GGUMBI defines roles and responsibilities of each rank
